COMPEDIUM OF RTI CASES

We are glad to inform you that the RTI Institute of India has brought out for the first time in the country the 4-Volume Compendium of RTI Cases running into more than 2100 pages incorporating leading cases relating to the Right to Information from all over the world besides the Supreme Court of India and the State High Courts.

The unique features of the “Compendium of RTI Cases” are the case laws both Alphawise and Sectionwise duly supported by the citations and the full text judgements. This Compendium will go a long way in the history of the Right to Information viewing the contents of the Compendium.

This Compendium has been appreciated by most of the universities and colleges besides the officials in the Central and State Governments as the contents and information given there help the organisations and the individuals in giving the appropriate information in time.
